Be Complete Before You Meet Him
Remember that popular scene in the movie, Jerry Maguire, when Tom Cruise’s character, Jerry, says that famous line to Renee Zellweger’s character, Dorothy, “You…complete me,” and so many of our hearts melted as we heard it?
We’d like to hit the pause button on the DVD or BlueRay player and suggest that you take a moment to think about this:
Before you venture out to find Mr. Right, be complete with yourself.
As the new year rolls in, make a commitment to be complete with past relationships you’ve long abandoned, past jobs you’ve left behind and all the people who weren’t really supportive of you in your quest to find the right man for you. Close these out once and for all so you can regain the energy that any thoughts and feelings about these have been draining in your life.
Sweep out the old to make room for the right and bright new ones.
Now, get clear, really clear, about who your dream man is and what career you really love. Understand what is most important to you. Be certain. Be confident. Be complete with both: boys and business.
Then actively seek the life you say you want. Write it down. Use the Dear God Letter to prioritize what you absolutely must have to make it right. Make a point of reading through it every day.
Keep in mind: What you think about, you bring about.
By keeping these details at the top of your mind, you’ll tend to focus on finding what you desire, instead of what you don’t.
So when you finally say that famous follow-up line like Dorothy did in Jerry Maguire, you can say it with confidence because you know you are complete. You know what you really want. You’ll recognize him in an instant and then you’ll hear yourself say:
“You had me at hello.”
It’s your time to have it all!
Need help figuring out what’s really right for you? Start with our free tele-workshop where in 60 minutes we’ll help you to identify what’s really important to you in a relationship and how to write your own Dear God Letter.
Do Vision Boards Really Work?
There has been a lot of talk about Vision Boards ever since the movie, The Secret, came out a few years ago.
So do visions boards really work?
How is it possible that by creating a visual representation of what you want, it can become a reality?
It sounds a little too good to be true and frankly, a tad unrealistic. We both questioned this for some time and then we tested it. Now we know that Vision Boards do work and we have the results to prove it.
Here are two examples of what happened for us:
(1) Kim wrote her Dear God Letter and got really clear about what she wanted in her Man. She found pictures of happy couples and she made sure that she had a picture of a couple in wedding clothes. She put those pictures on a Vision Board and today she is married.
(2) Jen and her honey, David, wanted to adopt kittens, but not just any kittens. They found a picture of the the kitties they wanted. Sure enough, when they got a call from the rescue agency, the kittens looked exactly like the picture they had cut out of a magazine.
Coincidence? We don’t think so.
Vision Boards are based on the Law of Attraction which states that we receive what we focus on, whether positive or negative. Vision boards take the Law of Attraction one step further. By defining what your dreams are and putting them in picture form, you in turn give yourself increased focus and clarity.
Vision Boards can be powerful when you attach your feelings to the vision of what you want and act as if your dreams have already come true.
Not sure if this still sounds impossible? Find out for yourself by joining us on a FREE teleclass to learn how you can create one for yourself and discover other ways it can work for you in your life. It is a positive way to spend an hour that could change your life.

What a week for BBB!
We hit the Dallas market by storm with two book signings and a live event at Saks Fifth Avenue with Trish McEvoy make-up artists bringing our the best in each of our guests.
Then it was Los Angeles for the DSWA National Convention. We met so many amazing people and had a chance to teach people about how to discover what’s important for you and understand your core values then decide what you want by writing your Dear God Letter.
Knowing your values and what you want with boys and business lays the foundation for success. Sounds easy but we often don’t take the time to actually sit down think about this let alone write it down. By taking the time to write down your core values and their definitions and by writing down what you want, you have taken the first step in having it all.
If you don’t know how to determine your core values or what you want listen to our free teleworkshop that walks you through the process. These two exercises will change your life dramatically and improve your relationships with boys and with your business http://www.boysbeforebusiness.com/teleworkshop.html.
